The Vollrath Cayenne 12" Gas Charbroiler is a versatile and durable piece of equipment. One side of the grill plate features a narrow surface with integral channels to dispense excess fat while the other side of the grill is flatter and wider to cook more delicate items.
This charbroiler is made with strong metal knobs that won't break or crack (protecting the interior gas valves) while the fully welded stainless and aluminized steel offers a strong structure that prevents grease and dirt buildup. The legs are adjustable for maximum versatility.
It has a BTU output of 28,000 and features an angled adaptor bar that lets the grill plates be angled away from the heat source for slower cooking. This charbroiler guarantees fantastic cooking and a durable grill.
Includes kit for both radiant and lava rock setup.
