The Vollrath Cayenne 24" Gas Countertop Hot Plate with 4 Burners is constructed of durable stainless and aluminized steel. It has 4 burners with separate grates for easier cleaning. Plus, each burner has its own control knob so you can cook multiple foods at once. The knobs are made out of metal to resist cracking and protect the interior gas valves.
The bullnose design prevents burns while the heavy-duty legs are adjustable, allowing the operator to adjust the unit to their preference while also providing maximum stability. Cooking unit has a front opening that makes lighting the unit easy while the full-width stainless steel drip pan makes cleaning effortless.
Each burner has 26,000 BTUs which will leave the chef impressed with the cooking performance. Hot plate is designed for a variety of foods, stews and sauces.
