This three stage sharpener can handle either 15° or 20° edged blades, straight-edged or serrated. Utilizing diamond abrasives, Stage 1 sharpens 15° knives, Stage 2 sharpens 20° knives and Stage 3 gives a polished finish to both degrees of knives. The guides properly position and stabilize the knife for fast and consistent results.
