The SignatureWares 6-pack of Heavy Duty 12" Aluminum Non Stick Frying Pan with Eclipse Finish is a convenient and cost-effective choice for foodservice kitchens. These fry pans are made with an aluminum construction to offer professional quality. The Eclipse coating is designed to outlast all other reinforced coatings and features a 3-layer system: the top layer is non-stick for superior food release while the midcoat bonds the top layer to the bottom for excellent durability.
The handle is riveted to provide additional strength while the silicone sleeve reduces hand fatigue and provides heat resistance for a more comfortable grip. Frying pans are suitable for electric, gas and ceramic heating sources.
Replacement Black Silicone Sleeves can be purchased separately.
