The Beverage-Air 67" DP67HC Double Door Refrigerated Pizza/Sandwich Prep Table is built with commercial quality. It has a stainless steel exterior for improved strength while the interior liner is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. The commercial sandwich / pizza prep table includes a 19" deep reversible cutting board that improves prep efficiency and is simple to clean.
Made with field-reversible doors, this refrigerated prep table is extremely versatile. The door has a self-closing with a 120º stay-open feature on cam-lift hinges. Additionally, they include magnetic gaskets that provide a positive seal on both doors and drawers.
The commercial prep table has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves and the cabinet maintains a temperature between 36ºF to 38ºF with the enhanced airflow design. It includes adaptive defrost and can hold 6" deep food pans (not included). The commercial prep table runs off an energy-efficient R290 refrigerant for a reliable performance.
