A commercial Baker’s Rack and Cover is essential for high-volume professional kitchens. They’re designed to hold multiple full-size baking sheets to cool, store and transport food. A commercial bun pan rack has two designs: side load and end load. Side loading means the opening to slide the trays will be on the long side of the rack (great for catering) while end loading means the opening to slide the trays in will be on the short end of the rack.
Commercial bakery cooking racks are designed with casters for simple maneuverability. We have a wide selection from top brands like SignatureWares, Browne and Rubbermaid. Our multiple options, sizes and designs ensure you’ll find the perfect rack for your business (and budget).
A commercial baker’s rack cover is a simple way to protect your racks, food pans and the food they hold from debris and contamination. They can also be used to help with proofing dough. We have two designs: clear and opaque covers with a clear window.

Commercial Baker's Racks & Covers FAQ
What are baking racks for?
Baking racks, also called bun pan racks or baker's racks, are used to hold full size bun pans for storage and transport.
Can baking racks go in the oven?
Only certain types of baking racks can go in the oven - the racks and the casters are specially designed to withstand the high temperatures of an oven. These racks are also called oven racks or roll-in racks.
What is the difference between a cooling rack and a pan rack?
A pan rack holds many bun pans for storage, transport and/or cooling. A cooling rack can refer to either a bun pan rack that holds multiple bun pans at once or a single footed grate to place on a work surface to keep hot pans off of work surfaces.
How do I know if my racks are oven-safe?
Check the owner's manual or manufacturer's website to determine the temperature range your bun pan rack (and the casters) can withstand and if it is safe for use in the oven.
