These two modules are used exclusively on the ChefsChoice COMMERCIAL rated knife sharpener. Each module has a specific degree of sharpening. Either 15 or 20 degrees. Very wide ranges depending on the type of knife that you own. As to how long they will last will depend solely on how often it is used and to what degree. My original modules are about one year old. Still a lot of life left in them. I bought spares for when the replacement time comes.

The entire order experience was embarrassingly bad. I placed an order on April 6. 2 weeks later, without seeing an update on the Day&Ross (delivery provider) tracking page, I called and found out they tried, unsuccessfully, to deliver the chairs to somewhere in Ontario (despite thee fact that I’m in BC). Customer service at ChefEquipment told me the order had already been routed to my correct address. Days later, I called Day & Ross, and they confirmed the chairs were still in the warehouse in Ontario. Fortunately, ChefEquipment finally just gave up and canceled my order on April 29. Today (May 7) Day&Ross called to proudly tell me they were ready to deliver my chairs. I laughed and told them I’d received a full refund and to not deliver the chairs. I’m guessing they’re normally better than this - maybe larger orders are easier for them - but this was one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had.

Process was fast boxe was well pack But my only concern my guess the produc was a demo The cover and the inside of the knife boxe showed wear of use in and out and I'm presuming that it's not the factory edge I guess that is what happens. Seem weird to see a heavy edge on a supposed brand new knives... As a first time buying expansive knife. But for sure the knife packaging was showing up use ..I will have to find out if miyabi 9.5 came heavy factory edge .

These pans are just the right size for my Ninja 2 drawer air fryer. I cooked a meatloaft made with 1 a/2 lbs of meat. Fit perfectly in one pan. Cooked in air fryer in 35 mins. I had sprayed the pan with olive oil but a a little of the meatloaf did stick. It washed of easily. Used the other pan to cook chopped vegetables with oil and herbs. I couldn't do meatloaf in the air fryer until I found these pans. Love them
