PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Joyce Chen 14" Professional Series Flat Bottom Wok is designed with an uncoated surface which develops a unique seasoning for a delicious flavour. It has a flat bottom that stays balanced on traditional stove tops while the 1.8mm gauge carbon steel construction can handle temperatures up to 500°F and offers even heating.

The removable resin handles stay cool to touch up to 350°F. It features a riveted handle that's strong and includes a helper handle for excellent handling. Recommended to wash by hand for improved longevity.
