The Joyce Chen 14" Professional Series Nonstick Flat Bottom Wok is made of strong 2mm professional gauge carbon steel for a lighter construction that offers even heating, durability and easy handling. The flat bottom stays balanced on traditional stove tops while the Excalibur non-stick surface eases cleaning and provides scratch resistance.

Resin handle stays cool to touch up to 350°F and is comfortable to hold. Recommended to hand wash for improved longevity.
