Cambro's Half Long Food Pan in black polycarbonate is perfect for allowing access to prep tables and cold food bars from both sides. Like all Camwear, these pans will not crack, bend or dent and the textured bottom resists scratching during serving.

The rounded bottoms and corners mean you (and your guests) can get every last morsel from these pans but also means they are easy to clean. Being commercial dishwasher safe and featuring a nonstick smooth interior also helps.

Prep, storage, transport or serving, these pans can handle it; withstanding temperatures from -40°F to 210°F. They also stack easily without sticking together to save space when not in use.
