Be prepared for your next holiday, birthday or wedding with the Fat Daddio's 3" Deep Round Cake Pan. These baking pans are made of 16-gauge anodized aluminum. This guarantees the pan will not rust, peel or flake and reflects heat rather than absorb it, allowing baking temperatures to be reached faster and cools quickly.
The dessert pan is freezer safe so you can make desserts such as ice cream cakes. Pan is citrus safe for various dessert creations and can make remarkable round-tiered, layered cakes and deep-dish pizzas.
Baking pan is temperature rated up to 550°F and cooks the food evenly. The rolled rims offer easy handling. Designed for kitchens, bakeries, cupcake shops and restaurants. Hand wash only.
