The Carlisle Galaxy 1.5" Flat Brush with Nylon Bristles has a one-piece construction that is simple to clean while the plastic handle offers a comfortable grip. This pastry brush provides a superior performance and helps make golden pastries and delicious baked goods.

The nylon bristles are epoxy-set into the ferrule to prevent bacteria from accumulating and spreading. The basting brush has tapered nylon bristles with a chisel-point trim to offer excellent coverage and is great for basting meats.

This food basting brush withstands heat up to 500°F to thrive in commercial kitchens.
