PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Carlisle Sparta 2" Angled Boar Bristle Brush can be used to coat baked pastries or add your signature sauce to meats. This basting brush is made with boar bristles that have excellent fluid retention and is epoxy-set to prevent bacteria from harbouring. The wide brush covers large surface areas to increase productivity.

The pastry brush features a durable wood handle that is lacquered for better longevity while the angled brush head creates a relaxed and comfortable grip. Additionally, the ergonomic shape is perfect for one-handed use while the hole at the top of the handle can be hung for space-efficient storage. The basting brush is temperature safe up to 350°F. Recommended to wash by hand. Not dishwasher safe.
