PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Sparta Flat Boar Bristle Brush is designed to coat your delicious pastries with an egg wash, butter or water and is excellent for applying liquids with the boar bristles that offer excellent fluid retention. Additionally, the bristles are epoxy-set to prevent bacteria from harbouring while the wide brush size covers large surfaces.
This pastry brush features a wood handle that is durable and comfortable to hold while the hole at the top provides hanging storage. It has a convenient curved shape for one-handed use and is temperature safe up to 350°F. The wooden pastry brush has an angled brush head for a more relaxed fit. Recommended to wash by hand. Not dishwasher safe.
