Add some crunch and help achieve the perfect golden brown pastry colour with the Carlisle Sparta Meteor 3" Boar Bristle Basting Brush. Designed with a molded plastic handle, this food basting brush lasts a long time and is simple to clean. The brush is recommended to be washed.

The board bristles offer excellent fluid retention for a fantastic coating of butter, egg washes and other signature sauces. They are epoxy-set to prevent harboring bacteria for a more sanitary tool.

The pastry brush features a hook that protects the brush from heat damage while also allowing the basting brush to rest on the rim of the container to prevent the brush from falling onto dirty counters or into the sauce cup. It also includes a hole at the top of the handle for simple hanging storage. The brush withstands temperatures up to 500°F to work in high-heat kitchens.
