The Chef'sChoice Grey Model 609A Electric Food Slicer is made of cast aluminum and stainless steel for a durable structure. It's equipped with stainless steel serrated blade and a blade cover to deliver efficient slicing and reduced friction. For improved safety, the safety button secures food carriage in the lock position to limit access to the blade when it's not in use.

This commercial electric food slicer has a powerful, high torque motor and smooth gear drive operation for continuous, non-stop slicing - ideal for delis. It allows operators to control slice thickness for versatility and has a large food carriage that permits slicing of large roasts, ham and other foods.
