The Chicago Metallic 9" x 13" x 2.25" Rectangular Cake Pan helps make a delicious cake, but can also be used to make casseroles and lasagnas. It's made of durable aluminized steel that offers excellent heat transfer. The wire in the rim prevents warping to retain the shape of the baking pan.
Because of the new design, it is ideal for smaller operations. Although, it still maintains the same commercial quality that is needed for professional bakeries.
The glazed coating provides an easier release and is simple to clean by preventing the food from sticking to the pan. It cuts down labour and the overall cost by reducing the need to use oil, grease spray or parchment paper.
