Improve food safety with the Cooper-Atkins Angeled Surface Probe. It's designed to measure temperatures on flat surfaces (like griddles) and allows foodservice operators to monitor cooking surface temperature levels.
The angled surface can cover hard-to-reach places while the phenolic handle is durable and comfortable to hold. This surface probe can measure temperatures from -40°F to 500°F in 4 seconds or less for a reliable performance. The coil cable can withstand temperatures of 326°F while the handle can withstand temperatures of 176°F. It's recommended to add a dab of oil to aid in heat transfer when measuring.
