Ideal for reading the temperatures of frying oil and liquefied sugar, candy, jelly and jam, the Cooper-Atkins Dial Candy / Deep Frying Thermometer with Clip helps ensure food-safe temperatures are met. It includes a clip to easily attach the thermometer to pots and pans for convenience while the sliding indicator on the dial allows operators to slide it over to the desired temperature for quick reading.

The candy thermometer has a temperature range of 200°F to 400°F. The analog dial displays the temperature in both °C and °F. It's made of strong stainless steel and has a 6" stem.
