It's heat-treated and cooled to precise temperatures to enhance the grain structure. Additionally, the individually ground and honed blade provide superior sharpness.

The Sani-Safe polypropylene handle has a flawless blade-to-handle seal to protect it against contaminants. This handle is textured for a secure grip and increased safety. NSF certified.
