Slice cheese with ease using the Dexter 14" Sani-Safe Double Handle Cheese Knife. The blade is made of durable DEXSTEEL which offers strength and corrosion resistance. It's heat-treated and cooled to precise temperatures to enhance the grain structure and provide an optimal performance. Additionally, the blade is individually honed and ground for superior sharpness.

Made with a polypropylene handle, the textured handle provides a secure grip and slip resistance. It includes a fingerguard to help avoid accidental slips and cuts. The Sani-Safe handle has an excellent blade to handle seal protects against contamination.

Recommended to wash by hand to preserve the blade. This knife handle is made from 100% recycled plastic and the packaging is engineered with 100% recycled materials. NSF certified.
