Made of durable DEXSTEEL, the Dexter 6" Sani-Safe Wide Boning Knife is an excellent choice for butchers, home chefs and professional cooks. The blade is individually ground and honed for superior sharpness and is heat-treated and cooled to precise temperatures to enhance the grain structure.

The Sani-Safe handle offers an excellent blade-to-handle seal to protect it from contaminants. It's made of polypropylene and is engineered from 100% recycled plastic (packaging is made from 100% recycled materials) for a strong and eco-friendly knife. Additionally, the handle is textured to prevent slipping and increase safety.

Recommended to wash by hand to preserve the blade. NSF certified.
