Ribbed cast iron cooking plates on the top and bottom, provide the signature grill lines on your sandwiches, vegetables, chicken and more. An adjustable thermostat (up to 572°F) and dual heating elements ensure even heating for perfect results every time.

The self-balancing upper plate automatically adjusts to the thickness of the food and holds it in place, so stack up those paninis with lots of ingredients.

The stainless steel exterior and front-mounted removable grease drawer make clean up a snap on the NSF-certified unit.
