The F. Dick Red Spirit 7" Chinese Chef Knife is suited for vegetables, herbs, salad fruit and can also prepare poultry. It has an expanded blade back for chopping and preparing meat (especially poultry).

This Chinese chopping knife has a stainless steel blade that is thin, flexible and sharp. It is perfectly balanced and has a non-slip, red handle for a comfortable grip. Plus, the symmetrical form allows the knife to be used with left-handed and right-handed users.
