The F. Dick Red Spirit 10" Hektor Butcher Knife with a Kullenschliff Edge has a curved blade that is perfect for cutting larger pieces of meat and fish. It has a Kullenschliff edge so wet foods won't stick to the blade. This allows the knife to be cleaned easier.

The red, non-slip handle provides a comfortable grip for the chef. This knife is perfectly balanced. The symmetrical form allows this knife to be used by both right-handed and left-handed users.
