Both convenient and reliable, the Garland GIIC-SW3.5 Induction Wok offers even heating and commercial quality. The wok has 12 power levels, heats up quickly and includes overheat protection for increased safety. It has a cool-to-touch cooking surface to eliminate food burning on the cooktop while the simple "Tap and Turn" control knob is simple to use.

The commercial induction wok includes a timer function for accurate cooking and features continuous temperature measurements at the bottom of the pan with RTCPSmp (Realtime Temperature Control System).
