Compact and versatile, the Globe 5 lb Digital Portion Control Scale is the handy little scale every kitchen needs. With a 5 lb capacity and push-button tare, easily portion out ingredients for baking or meal prep with consistency and precision.

Can be wireless, battery-powered or AC powered with an automatic shut off (AC power is included). This unit comes with a low battery indicator as well as an overload indicator.

Measure accurately with a push button Zero Tare. This ensures that all the ingredients being measured in the bowl can be more accurate and precise. The weight is displayed on the easy-to-read 7/8" LCD digital display and can be read in pounds, ounces or grams.

Includes a removable 4.5" stainless steel platter and 8" x 6" oval plastic ingredient bowl.
