Mixer has 3 fixed speeds and a removable splash cover and bowl lifts. The heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts are durable while the transmission is permanently lubricated.
The structure has a rigid cast aluminum body for strength. This food mixer is simple to operate with a front-mounted touchpad control that has a 15-minute digital timer.
Includes an 8 qt stainless steel bowl, an aluminum flat beater, a stainless steel wire whip, an aluminum spiral dough hook, a polycarbonate splash cover with ingredient chute and a spatula.
