Made with a front-breathing air flow design, the Hoshizaki SR27B-8D2 Sandwich Prep Table Refrigerator is reliable and feature an innovative air distribution system to evenly distribute air and maintain product temperatures. The prep table has a 27" x 10" white polyethylene cutting board for efficient prep.

The refrigerated prep table includes two drawers that slide effortlessly on the 16 gauge stainless steel slides with acetal rollers. The frame is securely fastened to the cabinet for improved durability while the extruded aluminum flush mount drawer handle is comfortable to hold and provides quick access. Additionally, the unit has an e-coated evaporator coil that helps prevent corrosion.

Magnetic gasket is removable for efficient cleaning. This commercial sandwich prep table includes plastic 1/6 size pans and has a removable stainless steel prep guard to simplify cleanup from accidental rail pan drips and spills.
