PRODUCT INFORMATION

Take meat right off the bone with ease using the Kasumi Damascus 6" Boning Knife. The blade is made of VG-10 super high carbon stainless steel for enhanced durability and simple sharpening. On both sides of the blade, there is a fine Damascus pattern.

Blade goes through multiple folding and forging to ensure excelled manufacturing. It has a 15° angle creating a very sharp edge. The blade is secured to the handle with two rivets for fantastic durability. This knife is perfect for commercial and domestic kitchens. Recommended to hand wash only.
