The 11 distinct speeds provide a powerful performance that's versatile - it can go from high to low and everything in between. It even includes a delicate 1/2 speed which is fantastic for folding in delicate ingredients. The double flex edge beater is made with a twist and two flex edges to scrape the bowl and offer thorough ingredient incorporation.
