The Mercer Millennia 8" Bread Knife with a Wavy Edge is the perfect knife to get consistent, clean slices. It has a one-piece, high-carbon Japanese steel blade that is stain-free, offers easy edge maintenance and a razor sharp edge.

Handle is made from a combination of Santoprene and polypropylene for comfort and durability. Bread knife has textured finger points that provide slip resistance, a better grip and along with the finger guard, added safety.

Wavy edge (also known as a serrated edge) effortlessly cuts through food. Knife is recommended to be washed by hand.
