The Mercer 3" Millennia Slim Paring Knife has a high-carbon stainless steel blade with a 15° angle and razor sharp edge that is easy to maintain. It has a high-quality blade that can cut through thick crusts, skins and is great for peeling or slicing through fruits and vegetables.

Paring knife has an ergonomic handle that is made from Santoprene and polypropylene for comfort and durability. It has a textured finger point to offer slip resistance, a better grip and enhanced safety. Features a protective finger guard to keep chefs safer.
