The Mercer Millennia 3" Slim Paring Knife is constructed with one piece of high-carbon, stain-free Japanese steel to offer a razor sharp edge that is simple to maintain. Blade has a serrated edge to easily penetrate the outside while protecting the inside from tearing. It's connected to a Santoprene and polypropylene handle for comfort and durability.

This peeling knife has textured finger points that offer slip resistance, a better grip and along with the protective finger guard, enhanced safety. Recommended to be washed by hand. Ideal for passionate or professional chefs.
