Mosa cream chargers are made of 100% recyclable steel. They are anodized, non-refillable and contain approximately 8 grams of pure food-grade N2O (Nitrous Oxide). N2O is a tasteless and colourless gas that is widely used as a propellant in the food industry. The chargers contain universal threading for any brand of dispenser.

A 1 pint whipped cream dispenser needs 1 charger, while a 1 qt dispenser needs 2 chargers to create this delicious topping.
