The ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold and offers a safe grip away from the blade. This slicer features a polyethylene slide board, self-lubricating track and hand guards for a safe and efficient operation. Accommodates 4.5" diameter tomatoes. This commercial tomato slicer has a life test of 25,000 lb of tomatoes and still cutting.
