PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Pitco 50 lb Solstice SG14 Economy Gas Floor Fryer is built for high-volume foodservice with a welded tank for simple cleaning and stainless steel front, door, side and splashback. It features a standing pilot light that offers a ready flame when heat is required while the high-temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger to deliver efficient heating and combustion.

Millivolt thermostat maintains temperatures between 200°F and 400°F automatically while the temperature limit switch shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit. The commercial gas floor fryer has a gas control valve that prevents gas flow to the main burner until the pilot is established. Plus, the gas control valve shuts off gas flow when the pilot flame extinguishes.

The new Solstice burner increases cooking production, lowers flue temperature and improves the working environment compared to the previous model.
