The Proctor Silex 60 Cup Commercial Rice Cooker is a versatile tool that helps take a load off of the chef's meal prep. Mainly used for rice, the commercial rice cooker has a 60 cup cooked rice capacity and can be used to cook grits, oatmeal and more.

It's made of restaurant quality with a durable stainless steel exterior. The commercial rice cooker is strong and has an insulated double-wall construction for optimal cooking. To prevent overheating, the rice cooker shifts from cooking to the warm setting. This eliminates overheating while keeping the rice fresh and ready to serve.

This restaurant rice cooker features a trigger handle- press button and lift to open. The moisture cup collects water so it won't drip on the counter.
