The R2N Precision Combination Food Processor by Robot Coupe is specifically designed with an attached pusher arm on the vegetable prep attachment to meet additional safety regulations in Quebec.
Otherwise, the R2N Precision is a traditional R2N model offering a compact design with powerful performance and an interchangeable bowl and vegetable prep attachment system.
It's easy to use with a simple 3-button control system: "on", "off" and "pulse." The continuous feed head processes bulk quantities up to 90 lb per hour and the cutter bowl can process up to 2.2 lb per batch.
Using the range of additional discs and accessories (sold separately), there isn't much this unit can't help with, in your kitchen. Cut, chop, emulsify, knead, grind, slice, grate and julienne effortlessly.
The product includes a 3-quart grey composite plastic bowl, smooth "S" blade, 5/32" slicing disc and a 5/64" grating disc.
