The XM-21 Professional Immersion Blender by Sammic is built to perform in busy foodservice kitchens. And perform it does with a long-lasting tempered steel blade, a blade hood to avoid splashing, an anti-slip grip at the optimum angle to minimize fatigue and designed to not roll or fall work counters. If that's not enough, the blender wand easily disconnects without tools and is dishwasher safe.

The XM-21 can process food in containers up to 13 qt with its 0.41 Hp motor. Variable speeds (1500-15000 rpm) allow for a range of final textures from demanding blending to delicate and airy emulsions
