PRODUCT INFORMATION

Spin 26 lb of lettuce per cycle with Sammic's ES-200 Salad Spinner. With timed cycles of 1, 2 or 3 minutes, at 900 rpm, you can dry lettuce and other vegetables at a rate of 500-1600 lb/h.

This salad spinner is designed for commercial kitchens - stainless steel constructed, (including the removable basket), equipped with castors for easy movement and compact enough to tuck under counters.

Your staff will love the user-friendly, waterproof control panel and advanced features to keep them safe: auto lock-in of basket before cycle starts, auto motor brake if lid is opened during operation, weight distribution detection system to warn against unbalanced loads, and castor brakes for unit stability.
