The textured surface is on both sides of the cutting board keeps food securely in place and prevents the knife from dulling. The cutting board has a non-porous surface that does not absorb juices, stains and odours.

Cleaning is simple, just hand wash with soap and warm water or throw the cutting board in the dishwasher.
