PRODUCT INFORMATION

Made with 430 and 304 stainless steel front, sides and vents and aluminized steel bottom and rear, the Southbend Heavy Duty Counterline 24" Gas Manual Griddle is long-lasting and designed for commercial use. It has a 1" thick polished rolled steel plate, 5" high rear and 4" high splash guard.

Providing 20,000 BTU of power per burner, the manual griddle offers a reliable performance. It has an electronic spark ignition (battery), manual controls and each burner is equipped with a runner tube. The commercial griddle includes an exclusive "NO COLD" zone to provide even heat distribution across the surface.
