PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Southbend Heavy Duty Counterline 36" Gas Manual Griddle is made for commercial kitchens. With a 430 and 304 stainless steel front, sides and vents as well as an aluminized steel bottom and rear, it's made with durability and longevity in mind. Plus, it has a 1" thick polished rolled steel plate, 5" high rear and 4" high splash guard.

Each burner provides 20,000 BTU of power. It has an electronic spark ignition (battery), manual controls and each burner is equipped with a runner tube. The commercial griddle includes an exclusive "NO COLD" zone to provide even heat distribution across the surface.
