Check the temperature of candy mix and frying oil using the Taylor Candy/Deep Fry Dial Thermometer. It accurately measures between 100ºF to 380ºF. Key candy temperatures are printed on the dial while the thermometer features red zone indicators and an indicator slide that displays the ideal candy and deep fry graduations.

Thermometer has a 6" stem with a pan clip that is attached to the 2" dial face.
