Accurately measure hot oil and candy with the Taylor Pivoting Display Digital Thermometer. It has an easy readout digital display that can read temperature ranges between -40°F to 450°F. The 9" stainless steel stem is durable and long to ensure that you can reach deep into the fryer, pot or candy maker.

Thermometer features an adjustable pan clip so you can easily clip the thermometer to the edge of the pot. Auto shutoff prolongs battery life while the hold feature keeps the temperature displayed on the display screen even after you removed the stem from the pot.

Includes LR44 battery.
