PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Vollrath 14" Cayenne Electric Flat Top Griddle offers superior heating and ensures even heating over the entire cooking surface. The griddle is thermostatically controlled for accuracy and can be heated up to 570°F. Plus, the cooking surface retains heat for optimal cooking.

The knob guards prevent accidental temperature adjustments while the back and sloped side splashes prevent messes. The internally-mounted grease collection pan makes cleaning easier while the polished finish enhances its appearance.

Legs are adjustable so the operator can keep it at their preferred height. The griddle has a 16.5" cooking surface depth, a 1/2" grill plate and a 2.5" back and sloped side splashes minimize messes.
