The Vollrath 24" Cayenne Electric Flat Top Griddle is built to last. It has superior and even heating, with a cooking surface that retains heat. The grill top is thermostatically controlled for accurate heating up to 570°F and the knob guards prevent accidental temperature adjustments.

Griddle has a powerful heating element that ensures fast heating and recovery times while the sturdy structure is held up by heavy-duty adjustable legs that offer exceptional stability. The cooking unit has a 16.5" cooking surface depth, 1/2" thick grill top, and 2.5" back and sloped side splashes that minimize messes.
