Peel with ease using the 2.75" Classic Peeling Knife. This knife is precision-forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel. It's connected to the polyoxymethylene (POM) handle that resists fading and discolouration to keep an attractive appearance.

POM handle is triple-riveted to the full tang for precision. This knife's blade is 20% sharper with precision edge technology and has a full bolster and finger guard for improved safety.

The bird's beak paring knife has a curved edge that is perfect for precise peeling or for cutting decorative garnishes, such as radishes or fluted mushrooms.
