It has a precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge for the ideal cutting angle and exceptional durability.

The bolster offers the right balance while the safe finger guard protects the operator's hand. It has a polypropylene handle that is permanently bonded to eliminate gaps and provide a comfortable grip. The Granton edge prevents food from sticking to the blade. Knife is dishwasher safe but recommended to wash by hand.
